Oil Based Vitamin A is a serum with a concentration of 0.3% Retinol.

Thanks to the oil-based formula, it is ideal for sensitive, dry skin or for people who have never used Retinoids before.

About Retinol:

Retinoic Acid is considered the most powerful ingredient with an anti-aging effect. Retinoic Acid derivatives are found in cosmetic products, namely: Retinyl Palmitate, Retinol and Retinaldehyde.

Retinol helps to:

Reduction of fine wrinkles
Fading pigment spots
Stimulation of collagen synthesis
Reducing the appearance of pimples
Reducing the appearance of dilated pores

USE

The frequency with which you apply the product matters a lot. One program you could try is this:

The first 1-2 weeks apply the product with retinol once a week
In weeks 3-4 increases the frequency to 2 times a week
In weeks 5-6 increases the frequency to 3 times a week
In weeks 7-8 alternates once every two days
Weeks 9-10 apply every evening

Not everyone can get to applying retinol every night, but that shouldn’t be a problem. If you are experiencing irritation, sensitivity, peeling, stay at the previous stage of application.

Apply a pea-sized amount after cleansing and drying the skin. Application on wet skin accelerates absorption into the skin, increasing the risk of irritation. You can use it on the face, neck, décolleté or hands, but don’t forget that it is essential to use sun protection. It is ONLY used in the evening.

Do not use in the same routine with other products containing other categories of acids.

Use sunscreen every morning.

Patch test before use.

Keep away from children.

Store at room temperature.

Do not use on broken skin.

Avoid contact with eyes.

If irritation occurs, stop use. If problem persists see a doctor.

Sunburn Alert: This product may increase the skin’s sensitivity to the sun and especially the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear sun-protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for one week afterward.

A slight tingling sensation may occur upon use.

Do not use with other retinoid treatments.

Avoid sun exposure without protection.

Retinoids can cause irritation and/or sensitization, with redness, sensitivity, peeling and dryness, especially around the eyes and mouth, in the early stages of treatment when the skin builds up tolerance. If this happens, reduce the frequency of application.
