Inflamed Red Blemishes is a serum with a concentration of 5% Vitamin C derivative (sodium ascorbyl phosphate) thatreduces the appearance of inflammatory and non-inflammatory rashes.

Due to the watery formulation it is ideal for oily/combination skin.

Acne-prone or sensitive skin does not tolerate products with Ascorbic Acid (pure Vitamin C), so it is advisable to choose a serum with Vitamin C derivative.

  • reduces the appearance of inflammatory and non-inflammatory eruptions due to its soothing effect of the skin
  • Antioxidant
  • gives brightness to the skin
  • reduces the signs of premature aging
  • increases skin elasticity
  • Antimicrobial

About Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate:

  • It is a stable and less potent form of Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid)
  • Converts to Ascorbic Acid once in the skin
  • This conversion process is what makes it less active, and therefore less potent than L-Ascorbic Acid. However, this is also why it is less likely to cause irritation.

It can be used during pregnancy & breastfeeding.

1 Review for Serum with 5% Vitamin C

  1. Agarwal

Having a pimple-prone complexion, the vast majority of serums with vitamin C didn't make a good team with my skin. This 5% option is great for my skin. I have been using it for 2 months and I can say that I noticed that the frequency with which pimples appeared to me decreased considerably. The texture is super light and enters the skin very quickly.
